when i go to bed at night, this is what i see. my bedroom colors are certainly soothing to me.
when i wake up and roam around philly, this is what i see. bright colors beaming down happily on me.
elfreth's alley is a lovely place to be; filled with brilliant, colorful history
and at night, the colors shift from crisp to cool;
until the pendulum swings back to day on an afternoon walk to school.
surreal pinks and yellows invade the evening sky
and shutters fade from orange to blue to red to yellow;
as the grass remains a constant green
and the daffodils trumpet white and yellow.
